Does the Ember Bed need plugging in?

No. There is no electricity, no batteries and no cable. A heat reflective layer inside the bed reflects your pet's own body heat back to them.

Can it overheat?

No. The bed does not produce heat of its own, so it never gets warmer than your pet's own body heat.

Which size should I choose?

Measure your pet while they are curled up asleep, nose to tail, and add a few centimetres. If they like to stretch out, go one size up.

How do I clean it?

Follow the care label. Do not tumble dry or iron, as high heat can damage the reflective layer.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or outside the UK at this time.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and usually arrive 7 to 14 working days after that. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number in your dispatch email on our Track your order page.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund. Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See our Refund policy for full details.
