Where we deliver We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or outside the UK at this time.

Delivery cost Standard delivery is free on all orders.

Delivery times Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 7 to 14 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Delays Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected, for example during peak periods or severe weather. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days, email us at hello@olvena.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it.
