Why we made the Ember Bed
Older dogs and cats feel the cold more, and most warming beds need a plug, a cable or a timer. The Ember Bed needs none of that. It uses your pet's own body heat to keep them warm, so it is safe to leave out all day and all night.
Questions
Does it need plugging in?
No. There is no electricity, no batteries and no cable. A heat reflective layer inside the bed reflects your pet's own body heat back to them.
Can it overheat?
No. The bed does not produce heat of its own, so it never gets warmer than your pet's own body heat. When your pet gets up, it simply cools down.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your pet while they are curled up asleep, nose to tail, and add a few centimetres. If they like to stretch out, go one size up.
How do I clean it?
Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle and air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron, as high heat can damage the reflective layer.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and usually arrive 7 to 14 working days after that. Delivery is free to England, Scotland and Wales, and you will get a tracking number by email.
What if it is not right for my pet?
